Recently I got the chance to select an item of clothing from Luxemme to style how I choose, and of course an OOTD post came to mind. Now I have never really done one before as I am not exactly photogenic but I have been wanting to branch out a bit so this is the perfect excuse.
Luxemme combine “Parisian chic with Manchester street style” providing shoppers with on trend fashion that is high quality yet affordable. I selected the Vachel Mini Wrap Plunge Playsuit mainly because I was drawn to the khaki; this shade is perfect for autumn wear. It is also a piece that I could wear during the day but also style up for a night out.
When it first arrived I was struck by how high quality the material felt. I know Luxemme say their products are high quality but the amount of times I have been sent something with that promise only to find it is not the case. The playsuit also felt really well made, no threat of splitting when I break out my dance moves! What did worry my slightly was when I held it up the neckline looked very plunging. I know what you are thinking, the word plunge is in the name of the playsuit so what do I expect. While I don’t mind a plunge, I also don’t want everything hanging out so I am pleased to report that once the playsuit was on my dignity remained intact.
The playsuit was actually rather flattering. The neckline allows for a statement necklace, the waist is nicely nipped in which gives me some much needed shape, and the length was spot on revealing enough but not too much.
I chose to pair it with my beloved over knee boots that have served me well for about six years. I also have my black floppy hat which would be getting more wear if only it weren’t so windy. I wouldn’t normally wear tights but given the weather they seemed like a necessity!
this is beautiful! I love the green color 😀 and your shoes are gorgeous too
